Original ideas and workflows
Section titled “Original ideas and workflows”The original workflow ideas, skills, principles, and playbooks come from pstack, created by Lauren Tan (poteto). This includes the poteto-mode router that aop-mode uses to select a task’s workflow.
aop-mode builds on Lauren’s work. All original skills, playbooks, references, scripts, agents, and automation files are included in the package.
Source and license
Section titled “Source and license”The complete v0.15.9 tree is pinned at
e43c7ee26e0038c6c1fa8380dd34ce86ff94cb2a. Its 161 files retain their original
bytes and executable modes. Copyright (c) 2026 Lauren Tan. The original MIT
license accompanies the vendor tree and every installation.
What aop-mode adds
Section titled “What aop-mode adds”aop-mode is an independent project by Alexander Opalic, not a GitHub fork or an official port. Its additions are explicit-only wrappers, runtime adaptations, personal principles, installation, evaluation tooling, and these Astro Starlight docs. The adapters change activation and host mechanics; they do not claim Cursor feature parity.
Adaptation reference
Section titled “Adaptation reference”Michael Denyer’s pstack-claude helped inform the research into cross-harness packaging. Its code and automatic routing hook are not included. No endorsement by either upstream project is implied.
The local improve-codebase-architecture skill adapts
Matt Pocock’s architecture survey
to aop-mode’s writing, visual reports, and explicit invocation. Its MIT license
is retained in the skill directory and every generated distribution.
The PWA principle is inspired by Carl Assmann’s Tilly,
reviewed at 0bb6bbba42b9e283d0147ea2d0213e4495b00f17. Its reference links the
reviewed source and distinguishes observations from original aop-mode guidance.
No Tilly application code is included, and no runtime certification is implied.
